DZ, as a founder and owner of DZ and the publisher of concession for the concession holders, stated that, on account of the inadequate infrastructure in DZ Dr. ante Franulović, VZ Luci, and the inadequate and outdated equipment in DZ Dr. ante Fraulović and DZ Dubrovnik, the area of the islands and the Pelješac peninsula, faced with the problem of limited access to primary healthcare and reducing the reference to primary health care providers at the level of hospitals by at least 15 %. This is why the aim of this project is to ensure better primary protection for both NSRs and the concession holder and reduce the reference in hospitals.
