The project will carry out a comprehensive modernisation of VET systems through the development of flexible and modular sectoral and vocational curricula based on employers’ needs, which will raise the quality and relevance of the education offer of vocational schools. The training of teaching staff, the development of a teacher’s manual will be carried out and the school support network will be set up to introduce the new model. Future learners will be able to acquire skills for personal and professional development, as well as to continue education and lifelong learning.
