The project aims to develop a competence framework for more efficient human resources management in the public administration for all three parts of the public administration in the Republic of Croatia: national authorities, legal persons with public powers and administrative authorities of local and regional self-government units. The activities envisaged to achieve this aim are the development of the competence framework and methodologies for assessing and analysing workplaces and drawing up guidelines for setting up the organisational structure, testing the competence model, training and information activities/promoting the framework.
