The city of Đakovo will recruit 53 women in the 12 months’ duration of 2 months in the Croatian Employment Service and belong to the target groups of the Open Public Call for support and household assistance to end users. The employment of unemployed women, their further education/training, making it more competitive in the labour market and preventing a premature institutionalisation and improving the quality of life of 318 end users, are the most important objectives that will be achieved through the realisation of this project.
