The IT industry is the fastest growing sector in Croatia in the face of its persistent shortage of labour, people with knowledge and skills needed to develop software solutions to customers’ demands. The Boocamp IT project will reduce the gap between market needs and the available workforce through intensive training for Junenine, with the development of basic business skills to be implemented in two cycles for 42 unemployed persons. Decision-makers will be encouraged to better plan employment policies and align them with the development of the economy.
