The particularly vulnerable group in the City of Split, SDS and RH are women with the highest level of tertiary education attainment by recruiting 50 women from the target group, will diminish the impact of their unemployment and the risk of poverty. End-users will be able to benefit from greater quality of life and social inclusion and contribute to the deinstitutionalisation process of the community. it will help to increase competences and acquire new skills, making it more competitive in the labour market, making a major contribution to the sustainability of the project.
