The general objective of the project is to implement energy efficiency measures that will lead to the improvement of living conditions by: improvement of indoor hygiene and thermal comfort; reducing heat loss and energy consumption; reducing maintenance costs for heating and consumer hot water; reducing pollutant emissions from energy production, transport and consumption leading to the efficient use of energy resources, in line with the Europe 2020 strategy. The objective of the project also leads to the achievement of the specific objective of the priority axis, namely: increasing energy efficiency in residential buildings, public buildings and public lighting, especially those with high energy consumption.
