The general objective of the project is the improvement of the urban environment and the conservation, protection and sustainable exploitation of the cultural heritage at the level of Iasi, quantified by the increase of the expected number of visits by 11.11 %, from 18,000 to 20,000 visitors annually, through rehabilitation, restoration, consolidation, refunctionalisation and intense promotion of the Braunstein Palace. The proposed technical solution that involves rehabilitation, restoration, consolidation and refunctionalisation of the spaces within the cultural heritage monument, the geographical location of the objective, the existing transport infrastructure that directly accessible the building, the economic, demographic and social context, the inclusion of the heritage monument in a tourist circuit, the digitisation of the building and the promotion actions that will be carried out through the project and replicated after the completion of the project implementation will contribute to the increase of the number of visitors by 11.11 % compared to the last year in which the building was given public access.
