The implementation of the project will contribute to: — promoting social inclusion and preventing the marginalisation of the inhabitants of Pascani by ensuring a medical process at European standards; provision of continuous primary care; making the health system more efficient by reducing avoidable admissions; accessibility of the offer of outpatient support services.
