“Development of cultural-recreative infrastructure and improvement of urban public spaces in Panciu City in order to increase in the medium and long term the quality of life of citizens.” The degree of development of urban public infrastructure and the diversity of services offered locally influence the quality of life of citizens. Through integrated investments that include both the creation of cultural-recreative infrastructure for young people, as well as the improvement of the access infrastructure to new recreational services, the city of Panciu wants to increase the impact of measures at the local level and to support the increase of the living standard of panceni citizens in the medium term and the moon. The project thus contributes to the achievement of Specific Objective 13.1 of the Investment Priority 9b. The aim of the project is the creation of cultural-recreative infrastructure for young people, as well as the improvement of urban public spaces in the studied area of Panciu, with implications for improving the quality of life of the population in general. This integrated approach to the problems in the area proposed for analysis through this project, for cultural-recreative services and non-modernised public urban infrastructure, was chosen due to the fact that several requirements and needs of the population can be solved simultaneously, between which there are interdependence relationships, thus contributing to the achievement of the development vision in accordance with the specific objective of Axis 13.1.
