The general objective of the project “Thermal rehabilitation of residential blocks, 7 pcs. Babadag city, Tulcea County” is the rehabilitation of 7 blocks of dwellings with high energy consumption in order to increase their energy efficiency and reduce their maintenance costs and improve housing conditions. The project’s objective corresponds to the specific objective of the Regional Operational Programme, the investment priority will also contribute to limiting greenhouse gas emissions, namely to increase the quality of life in the city of Babadag.
