The general objective is to improve the quality of the medical services provided to the population served, to increase their efficiency, timeliness and diversification in order to improve the satisfaction of patients, children and young people aged up to 18 years in Arges county and bordering areas (Olt, Dambovita, Teleorman and Valcea).
