The general objective is the modernisation and rehabilitation of the access infrastructure ensuring indirect connectivity with the TEN-T network, by improving the relevant parameters – increasing speed, road safety, porting in Buzoești, Izvoru, Popești, Recea, in order to stimulate regional mobility.
