The general objective of the project is to increase the quality of the educational environment in the Garden building with extended program no. 4 in Moreni Municipality, as a result of the implementation of the modernisation interventions to the existing construction, as well as by the proposed extension. The aim of the project is to modernise the existing infrastructure (Corp C1 existing building) and to expand the building (Corp C2), to meet the legal norms, so that this investment leads to: Improving and expanding the infrastructure of pre-school education in the urban environment, ensuring equal opportunities through access to education for people with disabilities and disadvantaged groups as well as those with social problems, Prevention of future school dropout, Acquisition of modern educational equipmentEnsuring spaces for a proper educational process at preschool level, Ensuring personal achievement, health status and participation of the population in education; Ensuring an adequate, accessible and quality educational offer for all children. Thus, the project contributes to the achievement of the specific objective 10.1a of Priority Axis 10, namely: Increasing participation in early education and compulsory education, especially for children at increased risk of early leaving the system.
