The general objective of the project is to improve the economic competitiveness of Etansari Grafex and strengthen the market position due to competitive advantages that allow it to increase the size of the targeted market. The goal is that due to the specific technological capabilities, tangible and intangible assets, state-of-the-art and high performance, the company to develop its activity aiming to increase productivity and strengthen some competences superior to the competition, by diversifying products and a higher visibility ensured by the certifications held and internationalisation activities. The general objective of the project proposed by Etansari Grafex SRL is consistent with the general objective of ROP, Priority Axis 2 – Improving the competitiveness of SMEs and with the objective of investment priority 2.2 – strengthening the market position of SMEs in a competitive area identified in the National Competitiveness Strategy and Regional Development Plans. The investment proposed through the project will contribute to the improvement of the market position of the company due to the fact that through the technological means and intangible assets that will be acquired, the company will diversify its products, and they will be required according to a specific standard. Also, the entire activity of the company will be improved due to the recertification of the ISO 9001 quality management system, and participation in 2 international cigarettes/exhibitions as exhibitor will create the premises for distributing its products on a wider market. The project proposes to make an initial investment because in view of the diversification of the production of the existing unit through products that were not previously manufactured by the company, in the field of activity 2829, Manufacture of other general use machinery n.e.c.
