In the context of the Sustainable Development Strategy of Sinaia, the general objective of the project "Multifunctional-Recreational Center "ZINO – Education from A to Z" is to contribute to increasing social inclusion for disadvantaged groups and reducing poverty by facilitating non-discriminatory access of the population of Sinaia to educational-recreative public services offered by the multifunctional center. Through these, the project will contribute to the exploitation of the human potential of the local community, especially vulnerable groups that face shortcomings in their capacity to develop those social, professional, cultural skills, with which to cope with the pace of local development and the specific tourist context of Sinaia. This context is under pressure from a constantly changing tourism market of tourism infrastructure and services requirements, which implies maximum flexibility and adaptability for the local community of Sinaia not only from the workforce but from society as a whole. The lack of these qualities at the level of vulnerable groups of society generally diminishes their chances of socio-economic integration in the city of Sinaia. By achieving the general objective and the following specific objectives, the proposed project will lead to the improvement of the quality of life of the inhabitants of Sinaia, by building a multifunctional educational-recreational center and by arranging a pedestrian area, thus contributing to the achievement of Specific Objective 13.1 of the Investment Priority 9b.
