This project aims to contribute to solving one of the most acute problems faced by socio-cultural education, namely the insufficiency of religious units, youth centers equipped at modern standards to ensure access to a quality cultural educational process and development, being consistent with the specific objective of investment priority 13.1 – Improving the quality of life of the population in small and medium-sized cities in Romania. Also, this financing application is consistent with the general objective of the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020, to increase economic competitiveness and improve the living conditions of local and regional communities, by supporting the development of the business environment, infrastructure and services conditions that ensure and the sustainable development of regions, capable of efficiently managing resources, capitalising on their potential for innovation and assimilation of technological progress.
