The Functional Reconversion and the Revitalisation of the Land in the Small Zone 300 and its Transformation into the Leisure and Leisure Area

The general objective of the project is the reconversion/revitalisation of the land area (Micalaca 300 area) unused and abandoned and its transformation into the leisure and recreation area for the population, aiming to improve the living conditions of citizens. The main result is to increase green areas, satisfy the need for leisure and recreation of the urban population and reduce the level of pollution, improve the aesthetic aspect of Arad and create recreational alternatives for the population served. Thus, the main objective of the project contributes to the achievement of the specific objective of ROP 2014-2020, namely Priority Axis 4 Supporting sustainable urban development, as well as investment priority 4.2.Delivering actions aimed at improving the urban environment, revitalising cities, regenerating and decontaminating brownfields (including reconversion areas), reducing air pollution and promoting noise reduction measures.
