Increasing the quality of urban life – Park sports arena

Capitalising on the unused natural resources of the city of Aleşd in order to increase the quality of urban life. The implementation of the project directly contributes to the achievement of the specific objective of PI 5.2. Actions to improve the urban environment, revitalise cities, regenerate and decontaminate brownfields (including conversion areas), reduce air pollution and promote noise reduction measures: “Reconversion and refunctionalisation of degraded, vacant or unused land and areas in small, medium-sized towns and Bucharest” by: Development of a recreational area of 2450 sqm; The project implements environmentally friendly solutions (e.g. the use of environmentally friendly materials, unconventional energy sources, energy efficient equipment, promotion and dissemination of an environmentally friendly lifestyle; The project implements measures to improve the quality of the environment by using technical means to combat pollution and pollutant emissions; The project provides for the creation of facilities/adaptation of infrastructure/equipment for the access of persons with disabilities with additional mechanisms to respect equal opportunities; Environmentally friendly solutions are implemented through the use of environmentally friendly materials, unconventional energy sources, energy efficient equipment; Selective collection of waste is carried out; The investments proposed by the project will be maintained by implementing a maintenance plan implemented with the support of a specialised staff; Due to the good strategic position the project encourages investment in the area, thus increasing local budget revenues increase the potential of the area; The investment itself is complemented by related businesses, mainly services (e.g. marketing of energy or soft drinks, etc.); Growth, business development leads to an increase in contributions to the local budget, which will generate a budget capable of supporting new projects aimed at improving the urban environment and living conditions of the inhabitants. The green/capita area recorded in the City of Aleşd is 13.23 sqm (reference data and calculation methodology are presented in the sections below). The project will achieve an increase in quality green space by 1.48 %, so the area of green space/capita will increase from 13.23 sqm to 13.43 sqm. The land subject to this documentation is entirely in intravilan, unoccupied with authorised constructions, is located free of charge and intabulated in CF no. 103931, having as owner the City of Aleșd – Bihor since 2016, intabulare which took place following the passage of the private field land into the public domain of the city by Local Council Decision No 69/25.11.2016.
