The general objective of the project is to increase the accessibility to the TEN-T network of rural areas of Bistrița-Năsăud County located near the European Road E58 (DN17), through which indirect connectivity to the TEN-T corridors is ensured, by upgrading a continuous county road section of DJ172D (Lot 2, Lot 3, Lot 4).
