The general objective of the project is to increase the accessibility to the TEN-T network of rural areas of Bistrița-Năsăud County located near European Road E 58 (DN 17), through which indirect connectivity to the TEN-T corridors is ensured, by upgrading a continuous county road section of DJ 172D (lot 1, section 2).
