The general objective of the project is to increase the quality of life in the city of Beclean by improving the urban mobility of the inhabitants in line with the Sustainable Urban Moblity Plan Mobility of the inhabitants of a city is one of the most important indicators of the quality of life. Sustainable Urban Moblity Plan is a sustainable planning tool for the future of Beclean. The main indicator of the SUMP is the reduction of carbon emissions in urban areas. Through our integrated and complementary activities: investments in the infrastructure necessary for electric and non-motorised transport, the modernisation of the related routes, as well as the promotion and awareness of the population regarding the advantages/benefits of using the local public passenger transport service and non-motorised modes of transport, our project will reduce carbon emissions in the urban area of Becelean sustainable by over 4 % and thus contribute directly to the achievement of the Specific Objective 3.2 of the Investment Priority 4e.
