“Social Day Center” landscaping, enclosures, connections and connection to utilities, green spaces, access road, alleys and bicycle track in Beclean City, Bistrita-Nasaud county

The general objective of the project is to prevent marginalisation and social exclusion, increase social inclusion and improve quality of life, especially for the following vulnerable groups: older people and other categories identified as medically or socially vulnerable from the community level including people with disabilities, children from families in need, toxic-dependent persons, from Beclean city. Through this project will be established three social services (socia-medical) Day centre for elderly/adults including for people with disabilities will provide the hateful socialisation and leisure activities, recovery and relaxation therapies consisting of: recreation and leisure and socialisation activities (sah, rummy, TV viewing, celebration of birthdays); — outdoor walks and socialisation – physiotherapy and kinetoprophylaxis specific to the 3 rd age (stroke, post-fracture condition, paresis, semiparese, bronchitis, allergies, rheumatism, etc.); — education and sanitary prevention – measurement of physiological parameters (arterial tension, pulse), medical counseling. In order to participate in the activities carried out within the Day Centre, each beneficiary will fill in a personal registration sheet, the sheet containing identification data and data relating to his/her medical and social situation. The beneficiaries’ access to the Day Center is made in a non-discriminatory manner, regardless of religion, gender, or political orientation, the only condition imposed being compliance with the Internal Order Regulation. Day care center for children in difficulty. The main activities of the center are to provide free assistance during the day to children, who come from families in need (families with poor material situation and/or disorganised families, where mothers/fathers raise their own children, families where parents are away for work abroad), thus enabling parents to find a job, and to be able to provide appropriate material conditions for raising children. The day care centre ensures the promotion of the right of every child to maintain family relationships, providing adequate services to the family at risk of child abandonment, in order to be able to fulfil the responsibilities related to the care, security and education of the child. The creation of this centre aims to keep the child in the family, avoiding entering the system of protection for mainly socio-economic reasons. The day centre provides children with the acquisition of hygiene and healthy life skills, personality development, expression of opinion, development of manual skills, stimulation of cultural and artistic talents, support for the school child in carrying out the themes, educational programs
