The general objective of the project is to increase energy efficiency in the public lighting system of Beclean City The project involves the realisation of a new modern and energy efficient public lighting system composed of the entire lighting system: underground power networks, metal poles, LED-technology lighting devices, implementation of a luminaire-level telemanagement system for street-mounted bodies belonging to categories M2, M3, M4, and of a telemanagement system implemented at the level of flashpoint public lighting for bodies mounted on streets belonging to categories M5 and M6, the use of renewable energy sources and the extension of the public lighting system in Podirei district, Figa – Podirei district, DJ172 between Podirei and Figa – Podirei district, Coldău village auxiliary street, Figa village auxiliary street, Codrului Street, str. Peace Hill, section of Str. Peter Major, section of str. Béla Bartók The investment project responds through its activities to the highest demands as follows: The project provides for intervention measures that lead to a decrease of CO2 equivalent emissions ≥ 40 % compared to the initial emissions, from 272.14 tonnes CO2 to 103.65 tonnes CO2. The project provides for investment activities leading to the extension of the public lighting system and the modernisation of the public lighting system in the city of Beclean with a total length of 38.716 ml The project provides for the implementation of environmentally friendly solutions the use of existing environmental/recyclable/sustainable materials in the lighting fixtures. Luminaires are made of easily recyclable, environmentally friendly materials. They are assembled without adhesives, have mechanical protection – flame retardant, do not contain lead, cadmium, hexavalent, chromium, mercury, in homogeneous materials above tolerances The project provides for the installation of alternative systems for the production of electricity from renewable energy sources by installing 8 luminaires in areas favourable to solar charging. The project is complementary to other projects: Railway station road in Beclean. Improving the urban moblility of Beclean city code SMIS:118071 submitted within the Selection Call: POR/186/3/2/. submitted through ROP 2014-2020, “Edification and Building Campus Scolar”, SMIS 53124, ROP 2007-2013, Regional Operational Programme, etc. The project is implemented in Beclean, which will benefit from investments in the public lighting system through the project submitted: Railway station road in Beclean. Improving the urban moblility of Beclean city code SMIS:118071 submitted within the Selection Call: POR/186/3/2/, by investing in the public lighting of the proposed bicycle tracks. In the execution of the project will use construction products for which there are documents of attestation of conformity – certificate of conformity
