Construction of the Local Gymnasium School P+ 1E with 9 classrooms and annexes, in Sîngeorz-Bai City, str. Cormaia, Bistrita-Nasaud county

The general object of the project/purpose of the project is to improve the quality of life for 109 students from Sîngeorz-Băi City, Cormaia, all of which belong to the vulnerable categories (according to Government Emergency Order No 18/2017), by demolishing and building a new educational infrastructure unit and by rehabilitating/modernising the related road infrastructure. This project contributes through the activities and objectives set to the achievement of Specific Objective 13.1 of the Investment Priority 9b, namely to improve the quality of life of the population in small and medium-sized cities in Romania. The two proposed investment objectives will ensure both the appropriate conditions within the Cormaia General School for an optimal learning environment, but also the road infrastructure conducive to physical, economic and social revitalisation of the community. At the same time, through the integrated nature of the investments in this project, it will contribute to increasing the standard of living because it is dependent on both improving the educational offer and improving the appearance and quality of urban public infrastructure.
