The general objective of the project is to increase the accessibility of a special mountainous rural area of Cluj County – Apuseni Road, located in the vicinity of the TEN-T network. Through the objective, the project falls under Priority Axis 6, Specific Objective 6.1. of the ROP, in the sense of increasing the accessibility of rural areas located close to the TEN-T network through the modernisation of county roads. The resulting economic, tourist and social benefits will increase the attractiveness of the rural areas crossed by stimulating sustainable development at regional level.
