The general objective of the project “Urban Planning Works Mihail Kogălniceanu Street, University Street and adjacent streets” is: improving the conditions for the use of non-motorised modes of transport in Cluj-Napoca, in order to reduce the number of journeys by private transport (cars) and reduce CO2 equivalent emissions from transport.
