Increase the energy efficiency of building no. 2 of Simon Bărnuțiu National College in Șimleu Silvaniei. Public buildings are important in several respects: these are buildings where the population spends a large part of their time (e.g. schools, hospitals, etc.), with an influence on their quality of life; these are buildings that serve as examples of architecture for the population, can serve as examples and awareness of the need and benefits of energy consumption in buildings, according to the approved ROP 2014-2020. Simion Bărnuțiu National College is an example of such public building, of particular importance for the local community, and education is a national priority, as all programmatic and strategic documents of Romania show. These are the reasons why the investment in energy efficiency measures is proposed for building no. 2 of Simon Bărnuțiu National College in Șimleu Silvaniei.
