The increase in energy efficiency is the building of the city hospital Prof. Dr. Ioan Puscas in Șimleu Silvaniei. Public buildings are important in several respects: these are buildings where the population spends a large part of their time (e.g. schools, hospitals, etc.), with an influence on their quality of life; these are buildings that serve as examples of architecture for the population, can serve as examples and awareness of the need and benefits of energy consumption in buildings, according to the approved ROP 2014-2020. Prof. Ioan Puscaş is an example of such public building, of particular importance for the local community, whose operating regime is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, throughout the year, and health is a national priority, as all programmatic and strategic documents of Romania show. These are the reasons why the investment in energy efficiency measures is proposed for the building of the city hospital in Șimleu Silvaniei.
