Reduction of carbon dioxide emissions in Zalau municipality – county residence – through investments based on SUMP Zalau Municipality, until the end of 2023. The general objective of the project is underpinned by the investment priority 4e – promoting low-carbon strategies for all types of territories, especially for urban areas, including the promotion of sustainable multimodal urban mobility and adaptation measures relevant for mitigation – in that it is based on specific objectives and implicitly measures leading to the reduction of CO2 emissions in the urban area, in Zalau, promoting sustainable urban mobility.
