Improving the quality of life of the population of Şimleu Silvaniei, through investments that directly contribute to the physical, social and economic revitalisation of the city so that its inhabitants are at least at risk of poverty and social exclusion. Sustainable development and the increase of living standards within the city of Șimleu Silvaniei involve, besides solving problems of a socio-economic nature and offering opportunities to spend quality leisure time, but also improving the aspect of urban public infrastructure.
