Development of sanitary infrastructure within Carei’s integrated ambulatory in order to increase the number of consultations by 25 % by implementing the project and reducing inequalities in the health status of the local and microregional population by 2023. The proposed project wants the ambulatory in the municipality of Carei. With the added quality of the infrastructure will develop a modern medical center capable of providing continuous medical care, for the area served by the ambulatory Carei. This will lead both to the efficiency of the health system, by reducing avoidable admissions, and to making the provision of outpatient care accessible. Thus, the aim is to reduce inequalities in the health status of the population in the area, both in rural areas (of the surrounding localities) and urban (Carei municipality and the city of Tasnad), by diagnosing diseases in the early stages and successfully treating milder conditions, preventing their worsening and reducing the proportion of people with uncovered medical needs. The increase in accessibility by 25 % will reflect the increase in the number of consultations compared to the reference year 2017, i.e. from 344.939 (private consultations and laboratories involved in the project) to 431.174. This can be demonstrated during the durability period, after purchasing the equipment.
