The objective of the investment is the repair and consolidation, recompartment, modernisation and energy efficiency of the building body C1 within the premises of the Medico-social Pneumophysiology Unit located in the county. All the works will be based on the technical recommendations and solutions established by the technical expertise of endurance and energy audit and will be carried out in a phased manner so that the activity of patients and staff is affected as little as possible. The investment object is the building C1 D+P+E – building of the healthcare unit. The building is flagarian type, consisting of several bodies attached to each other with different height regime: C1.1. Home body(P+E) with the following functions: Ground floor: patient salons, radiology, medical practices, treatment room, club room, shared bathroom with showers, filter locker for admission, distribution hall Floor: patient salons, medical practices, treatment room, shared bathroom with showers, personal locker room, distribution hall Vertical circulation is achieved through two closed concrete stairs. C1.2. Connects the food block and the administrative pavilion of the dorm body, through it had achieved the main access to the building and to the morgue. C1.3. — Food block (D+P) with the following functions: Semi-base: ironing, laundry and drying Ground floor: the vertical circulation is achieved through a closed concrete staircase located within the body C1.4. C1.4. — Administrative flag (D+P) with the following functions: Semi-base: central heating, pharmacy, bathroom, storage locker, technical rooms, wardrobe, pharmacy Ground floor: offices, cabinets, circulation hall Vertical circulation is carried out with the help of two concrete stairs, one closed and one opened near the body C1.5.
