The general objective of the project is to increase energy efficiency in the city of Iernut, through the rehabilitation of 4 blocks of dwellings with high energy consumption. The overall objective of the project is consistent with the specific objective of investment priority 3.1. Of the Regional Operational Programme, namely increasing energy efficiency in residential buildings, public buildings and public lighting systems, especially those with high energy consumption. By increasing the energy performance of the housing blocks, in the short and medium term, the state budget is relieved of the expenditure on conventional fuel used, the expenditure on the maintenance of housing blocks is reduced, the support of economic agents in the construction sector is ensured and new jobs are created.
