The economic and social development of the city of Iernut and the improvement of the quality of life for the inhabitants of Iernut by providing access to social housing for all categories of disadvantaged people, by increasing accessibility to cultural services and eliminating the segregation of isolated inhabitants. The last twenty-five years have been uncertain, unstable years, and we can even say selfish years. There have been years when big cities have become even bigger, in which small towns have managed harder and harder. There were years in which the private environment had an unstable temperate evolution, in which companies started after 1990 experienced fulminant developments, after which they suddenly bankrupted or survived hard. There were years in which the social and cultural side was neglected both due to the lack of financial resources and the lack of strategies and directions of development. These years when the most disadvantaged by fate did not have a roof over their heads or if they had it was inappropriate, in which isolated communities, Roma and beyond, were increasingly marginalised, in which we forgot to involve our children in educational cultural activities and in which we have hardly opened a door to Roma communities can reach their maximum number now or better say they can turn into years of involvement and dedication. These years can be followed by other years of providing social housing to the most deprived, in which to rehabilitate and modernise the road infrastructure that represents a kind of physical barrier to community integration. Years of non-involvement can and will be followed by years of involvement of all categories of children, adolescents and young people in educational cultural activities. The years in which we took what was good but especially what was not good from TV and from the more developed countries can be followed by years in which to promote our national traditions regardless of nationality – Romanians, Hungarians, Saxons, Roma etc. The goal of our project is to change the above, to get involved, to give ourselves and to do what we can, with what we have here in winter. The aim is to remove the segregation of the inhabitants of Garii Street in Cipau, to ensure their access to the services of the multifunctional center in Cipau. The general objective will be achieved by achieving three specific objectives characteristic of the three investments of our project: 1. Ensuring access to social housing for all residents of our city respecting the principles of sustainable development and equal opportunities. 2. Ensuring access to cultural services and facilities for all residents of our city respecting the principles of sustainable development and equal opportunities. 3. Rehabilitation of road infrastructure in order to increase accessibility to cultural activities. Through the specific objectives listed above, we aim to solve individually and independently the three problems identified at local level, the lack of social housing in the city of Iernut, missing
