Development of higher education in the University of Bucharest through its orientation towards the creation of human resources that can participate directly or indirectly in supporting competitive economic sectors The proposed objective is to support the achievement of the specific objective 10.3 of Priority Axis 10 of ROP 2014-2020, in the sense that by achieving it will increase the level of education of graduates of higher university education and forms of post-graduate specialisation in the idea of their participation after graduation in economic activity, increasing productivity, ensuring labour mobility, aiming in the long term to increase the quality of life and living standards in Romania. The objective is directly in line with sustainable development strategies, both those aiming at economic activity and those aiming for adequate and favorable social inclusion, being one of the selected actions to counter negative demographic trends. In the alternative, it is also aimed at guiding the learning act towards top areas identified in almost all regions of the country as those that can ensure a real, competitive development, in the halls of the building body (course halls and laboratories) carrying out research activities in the fields of biochemistry, biotechnique, environmental science, etc., using the facilities acquired through the project, including intangible assets (softs specialised in research activities). The project aims directly to improve the study conditions of students, ensuring a high quality of these conditions, of the nature of increasing the access and participation of disadvantaged people to the higher education system (e.g. people coming from rural areas, people belonging to other ethnicities, people with disabilities), conditions of nature to support measures to align higher education with the needs of the labour market.
