The general objective of the project is to increase the accessibility of areas located near the county road DJ 101, km 12+ 970 (Balotesti) – km 37+ 549 (Sitaru), in order to stimulate their economic development, as well as the Bucharest-Ilfov region as a whole. The activities proposed under this project lead to the achievement of the specific objective of Investment Priority 6.1 – Boosting regional mobility by connecting secondary and tertiary nodes to TEN-T infrastructure, including multimodal nodes, Priority Axis 6 – Improvement of regional road infrastructure under Operational Programme 2014-2020, i.e. increasing the accessibility of rural and urban areas located close to the TEN-T network through the modernisation of county roads.
