The Act concerns the energy upgrade of 404 G.S.N. of Larissa, a nursing institution, with a total surface area of 9.300 m², the construction of which dates back to 1934. In 404, the General Military Hospital of Larissa has a permanent staff of 175 people, including military service personnel, and has a hospital capacity of 200 patients. The building is located on the southwest side of Larissa, at geographical coordinates 39° 63′ 39 South and 22° 40 64 West, at an altitude of 78 m. It consists of three levels, ground floor and floor.
From the Energy Inspection the building is classified in the Z Energy Class. In the case of the building’s capacity, the building’s co-operation, its warmth and lighting, it is imperative that there is a need for extensive interventions in both the building shell and the electromechanical equipment with a view to the reduction of primary energy consumption and the use of renewable energies. In 404 G.S.N provides Medical Services to the personnel of the three Branches of the Armed Forces, to the personnel of the Security Corps and to categories of individuals that determine DOD’s decisions. & lt/>
