The project concerns the operation of Homeless Structures: Open Homeless Day Center (AKIA) and Bedroom to meet urgent housing and living needs of the homeless. It is part of the National Strategy for Social Integration to ensure access to suitable housing. The “Open Homeless Day Centers” are open direct access structures to address the basic needs of homeless people. They provide services of psychosocial support, primary health care, personal care and hygiene, as well as interconnection with housing, feeding, psychological support, legal assistance, counseling, health, welfare, social and occupational reintegration. Hypnotia are direct hosting structures that operate only during the night and cover urgent housing needs for those living on the road. They provide overnight services, personal care and hygiene, psychosocial support and interconnection with accommodation, feeding, psychological support, legal assistance, counseling, health, welfare and social reintegration.
