This project attempts for the first time to record all the real, movable and intangible property of all natural and legal persons as well as legal entities. This registration is absolutely necessary as a tax policy tool, aiming at fairer distribution of tax burdens, strengthening the economically weaker and identifying tax evasion. In addition, the project will enable taxpayers to have access to the information retained by the tax administration for them and to have the right to intervene when this information is incomplete or accurate.It is a long-breath project which, due to the knowledge and recording of the real economic situation and tax capability of citizens, will provide an important tool for the implementation of social policy in the country for the support of real weak social groups. In addition, the project can be used to influence development policy making.
