The project concerns the construction of a building complex within a stadium of 15.039.71 m² with seven dwellings of four persons each, one of which will be used for the short stay of persons with disabilities and a communal building that will function as a kento of daily care, employment and entertainment for residents and outsiders with disabilities. The building complex is in accordance with the specifications of the relevant Ministerial Decision on the supported living and will host disabled people with mental retardation.Each of the 7 seven independent houses has an area of 216.59 m² and three of them have an underground area of 216.59 m², which includes boiler room and auxiliary space.All the main areas will be ground floor and suitable equipped for people with disabilities.The environment will not be conducive to the recreational spaces.
