The investment will be developed in Oia Santorini, in an area of 5.800 sq.m., which is even and buildable.The object of the investment is the creation and exploitation of a tourist accommodation which includes 4 independently furnished apartments category 3 keys with a total capacity of 14 beds, in Oia Santorini. Santorini is among the top tourist preferences from all over the world and at the same time the destination is the first destination. The traditional settlement of Oia with its unique caldera and its famous sunset is gaining more and more visitors and increases the tourist season in 7 months with upward trends. The archaeological site of the prehistoric settlement in Akrotiri along with the islets of old and new Kamenis are points of particular interest and are a unique experience for visitors to the island. At the same time, the island has special beaches, traditional settlements, traditional wineries that can be visited by the public with many tasting events. The island also has local agricultural products that offer unique tasting pleasures to visitors.The aim and vision of the company is to offer its guests high quality services and experiences that fully meet their undoubtedly high expectations of accommodation in Santorini, transforming them to its best ambassadors, in order to maintain the capital position in tourists’ preferences worldwide.The company will appeal to both domestic and foreign residents and especially to the markets of Germany, the United Kingdom and France, in order to maintain the capital position of tourists worldwide.The company will appeal to both domestic and foreign residents and especially to the markets of Germany, the United Kingdom, and France. The apartments will be between 35 and 40 sq.m., traditional architecture with interior design and decoration of high aesthetics. One of them will be stone from the local characteristic red-black stone with vaulted roof and loft and the other three will be underground according to the local traditional architecture. The whole of the buildings will be a beautiful complex of course integrated into the sloping and consisted of three different terraced plots, while the configuration of the entire surrounding area will highlight the local natural beauty while maintaining its morphology and incorporating ornamental plantings and flowering and fruit trees of local varieties. The whole investment will be based on the principles of sustainable development. We will only briefly mention that all planning and realisation of the investment gives priority to savings, friendliness and respect for the environment. Electricity savings will be achieved by the use of led luminaires, electric energy-class A+ devices and excellent thermal insulation. Water savings will be important due to the installation of biological sewage treatment and the collection of rainwater. These actions will water all plantings of the estate. Regarding the apartments, they will have a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and an equally comfortable living room that can accommodate 2 more guests, a large shower room with hydromassage column, an organised kitchen with 2 ceramic hobs, oven and fridge.
