The project concerns the construction of three underground tourist houses in a family-owned property, the entities of the business sub-establishment.Each will consist of two bedrooms, two toilets, a kitchen dining room and a living room where there will be a sofa bed and one more guest can be accommodated. The three houses will be able to accommodate up to 15 guests. Each residence will provide its guests with all the modern comforts of a luxurious residence and offer a variety of personalised services. Each residence will have rooms for people suffering from allergies (allergy free rooms) and one of them will be accessible to disabled people.Finally, within the framework of innovation and technological competitive advantage, each residence will have an electronic reception that will provide services and information round the clock for the business’s customers.
