In particular, provision shall be made for: 1. E-Government upgrades related to the institutional electronic distribution of documents using digital signatures via web, as well as remotely “approved” digital signatures according to eIDAS (electronic IDentification, Authentication and trust Services), the upgrading of user identity management and access to computational resources and the adoption of business intelligence software for the collection of data and production of references in an easy and visual manner. Strengthening e-learning through the installation of turnover support software of the Centre for Lifelong Learning of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. 3. Cybersecurity and personal data protection actions, aiming at the compliance of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the established ISO 27001 security standard for the central data centers of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, as well as the installation of security scanning software to simulate online attacks on the institution’s servers and identify any security gaps. 4. Strengthening the production of digital content through the supply of specialised management software, quality control and mass processing of primary digitised material of the Library and AUTH Information Centre that will enable it to organise and significantly improve the quantity as well as the quality and consistency of the processed digital documentation resulting from its rare and valuable collections.
