The project concerns the provision of an information system for the complete digital organisation of the services of the Municipality of Serres, the electronic distribution and management of documents as well as its interconnection with the existing application of Protocol. With the implementation of the project, the Municipality will have at its disposal a set of digitised procedures where, through the use of electronic signature, documents will now be circulated only electronically, the assignments of orders, actions and tasks will be carried out through a digital environment and the collection and processing of information that is circulated will be used to improve even more the services offered to citizens and businesses.
