The act is part of the National Plan of the Ministry of Health to deal with the effects of the COVID-19 outbreak following the two NIS of 11-03-2020 (Government Gazette 55/Α/11-03-2020) and 14-3-2020 (Government Gazette 64/Α/14-3-2020) ratified by Law 4682/2020 (Government Gazette 46/Α/3-4-2020). The physical object of the operation is the recruitment of additional ancillary personnel, medical, nursing, other, auxiliary and all kinds of personnel for the strengthening and strengthening of the 4th Ministry of Environment, Hospitals and Health Units (Health Centers) and EKAB in the area of responsibility of the 4th Ministry of Environment in the Region of Eastern Macedonia-Thrace, in order to respond to the effective management of cases of COVID-19, in coming to another disease, or to provide for any kind of inconspicable services in case of non-accurate patients. The principal of the act is the Ministry of Health. The beneficiary of the operation is the HSPA Executive Structure of the Ministry of Health. Co-holders of the operation are the 4th Health Region of Macedonia and Thrace and the Hospitals (Drama, Kavala, Xanthi, Komotini, Alexandroupolis, Didymoteicho) in its area of responsibility, EKAB, EOPYY.
