The Center for Mental Health of the General Hospital of Patras “Agios Andreas”, following the approval of the project entitled “Enhancement of the Mental Health Center of the General Hospital of Patras. Agios Andreas for the provision of home care services”, opens a mobile home hospital unit throughout the prefecture of Achaia and more specifically in the areas of Health Centres: Kato Achaias, Chalandritsa and Erymanthias. This project strengthens existing sectoral mental health units to provide home care services and special health care. Services will be provided to people with mental or behavioural disorders, etc., with the aim of preventing, early intervention, avoiding crisis or recurrence of the disease, as well as ensuring continuity of psychiatric care.
