The aim of the project is the creation of a Structure – Community Centre- in the Municipality of Patras, which serves all residents of the municipality, with priority to vulnerable groups, aiming to disseminate information about services and social benefits to all citizens. In addition to disseminating information, the Community Centre also provides social inclusion services. It is a structure that operates complementary, and does not replace or replace, the Social Services of the Municipality and the KODHP, but it expands the range of social services provided to the citizens-benefits. The Community Centre receives and registers the beneficiaries, with the aim of diagnosing their needs and promoting them in Services, Structures and Programs that exist at the current time and have as their object the social support empowerment and integration (OEAED, NESY, KDAP, Home Help, Mental Health Centres, etc.). At the same time, the Community Centre receives applications for the European Assistance Fund for the Most Deprived (TEVA), the Minimum Guaranteed Income (EU) and humanitarian aid.In addition, through the Mobile Unit of the Community Centre, direct communication and contact with the citizen and especially the vulnerable groups at their place of residence and operation (apartment – neighbourhood) is achieved. This contributes to personal-centered approach and communication with citizens
