The Act concerns the construction of a district heating network to supply the settlement Meliti with thermal energy to meet the heating and hot water needs of buildings. The thermal energy will be obtained from heat recovery plants from Meliti’s Power Plant/PPC, transported by a system of underground pre-insulated transmission pipelines to the settlement and then distributed to consumers by a system of underground pre-insulated distribution pipelines. The construction of the project will provide thermal energy to all the buildings within the approved city plan, which meet the conditions of connection. 526 buildings are to be fed within the approved construction plan, with a total installed thermal load of approximately 11,00 MW.
