In the Armed Forces, for each recruit, a digital health record will be created by the personnel of the Unit, where their demographics and family and medical souvenirs will be completed. In addition, preventive examinations will be carried out through small and portable telemedicine equipment. The data will automatically update the recruit’s digital health folder, while special digital tools and algorithms will assess cardiovascular risk and renal function. The digital health platform in which all data will be stored and available for further evaluation and processing will be a cloud resolution of a digital health folder and health data processing tools that have classified access by local and central health scientists. In this way, each incident can be assessed clinically at local level, as well as through modern technological means and interconnection with a central unit of incident control and management. Specialised scientists in the civilian military hospital will consult on incidents where due to a strained history or other factors they need special care or prevention.
